| Receive Calls anywhere in the World on your Free Tpad Number |
You can receive calls on your free Tpad Number from other Tpad users and from non Tpad users who just want use normal phones or mobiles. It costs you nothing to receive these calls, and you can receive on any VoIP Device (Softphone / ATA / IP Phone / WiFi Mobile).
You can take the call on the Free Tpad Softphone (or any VoIP / SIP Device) or you can call forward the call to your personal landline or mobile telephone number (e.g. when you are not at your desk or out of the office)

If your friends have broadband, then ask them to join Tpad, for free, using the Create Account page and download the Free Tpad VoIP Softphone. Then you can give them your personal Tpad number and they will be able to call you free from anywhere in the World. |

| How to Receive Free Calls anywhere in the World (Tpad to Tpad): |
1. Create a Free Tpad VoIP Account to get a Free Tpad Number.
2. Download the Free Tpad Softphone (or use any VoIP Device).
3. Invite your Friends to Tpad, so they too can get a Free Tpad Number.
4. Simply ring the Tpad Number of your Friend.

If your friends don't have a PC or Broadband, then we have a new service that will allow them to ring you personal Tpad Number you using their landline or mobile phone for just the price of a local call and not an expensive international call.

| How to Receive Calls from Normal Phones / Mobiles (Phone to PC) |
1. Get your friend to dial the Tpad Break-In Number for THEIR Country / Region (which is charged at local rate by their phone / Telco provider)
2. Wait for automated message then they press 1 on the telephone pad.
3. Then they dial YOUR Tpad Number. (e.g. 1125139)
4. The Call will then be connected and you can answer using the Softphone or VoIP Device.
5. They do not need to be a Tpad user or have a Tpad account or Tpad credit to use this feature.
6. Remember, you can forward this call to your landline / mobile (via manage accounts page) and you will be charged the low cost rate to the country where your phone is located.
We currently have Tpad Break IN Numbers (D.I.D Numbers) in over 40 countries, and we update every month with new numbers where possible. Some countries may not be available yet, but as soon as they are available we will be one of the first VoIP Companies to purchase.

| How to make International Calls at Local Rates: |
This feature allows your family or friends to make international calls from any landline or mobile to your personal Tpad Number for only Local Rate prices. It is very simple to use and best of all the service is totally FREE to use:
Create Free Tpad Account
You will then receive your own personal unique 7 digit Tpad Telephone Number e.g. 1125139. This is a Global (SIP / VoIP) Number, you can use anywhere in the World to make or receive FREE Calls.
Download Free Tpad VoIP Softphone
This is a simple, easy to use Phone for your PC, it allows you to make and receive cheap or free international calls. You can also use any other VoIP Device.
Inform Friends / Family Abroad
Find out their Local Country or Regional Tpad Break-In Number from the link above, and then inform them to ring this number, then press 1 followed by your 7 digit Tpad Number. Then it will only cost them the price of a local call (charged by their own phone provider and not Tpad) to ring you at anytime of the day and any day of the week.
Receive Call on your Tpad
Once you receive the call you can answer on the Tpad Softphone or any VoIP SIP Device which is totally free. If you miss a call then your caller can leave a Voicemail Message (again another totally free service from Tpad) so you can always be contacted any time of the day for FREE.
Receive Call on your Landline Phone or Mobile Phone
if you don't want to sit at a PC all day or you are always on the move then you can simply set Divert / Call Forward option to any of your other phones when you are not at your PC. Just set what numbers you want to divert to in your Manage Account Menu. The major benefit of this is that if you leave the country you don't need to tell your friends as your Tpad Number is a Global Number. See 'Call Forwarding' link above.
NO need for a PC / Broadband
Using this New Service from Tpad your caller does not need to have a PC or Broadband which other Internet Phone Companies require you to have. The key is to inform them that they ring a Local Number for the area then wait for a greetings message, press 1 then dial your 7 digit Tpad Number.
