My family in Karachi are poor and they can't afford to ring me as often as they like, but I have just set a Free Account up with Tpad and explained to them that they just ring from a normal phone the Tpad Karachi Local Number followed by my 7 digit Tpad Number .Then they can talk any time of the day for as long as they want and it will be only cost them the price of a Local Call and not an International Call.
I then forward this call to my UK landline and all I pay is just 2 cent a minute and the quality of the call is amazing and never disconnects like the old phone line did. 
Tpad is the best thing that has happened to me and my family in a long time....

I have just moved to the Germany recently, to take up my new teaching job and I am really home sick.  I came across Tpad a few weeks ago and I decided to try it as they gave $1 free call credit when you fully sign up. So I quickly created a Free Account and acquired a Free Tpad Number, then I informed my parents of the Tpad Norway Local Number to ring and that they could use their normal telephone to ring this. I then set the call forwarding option to my mobile phone so now I can receive calls from my parents while I'm at work and I am now feeling better about being away from my parents.
My parents are happy now as they can make calls to my mobile, at local rate, at any time of the day, and I am happy that I can tell them all about Germany and my new job.
Great Idea and Great Service…

I heard about Tpad from a friend at University, he said that if I set up a free account that I would receive a free number that would allow my parents to ring me from their standard house phone for the price of a local call.
So I now receive calls from my family in United States for free as I use the Free Tpad Softphone to take the call as this also costs me nothing. If I am going to University for the day then I set call forwarding to my mobile number so they can contact me anywhere I go and they feel confident that they can contact me in case of any emergencies.

I also use Tpad, but I use their other great feature - Cheap International Calls.  I have checked their call rates and they are amongst the cheapest in the World, also they don’t have any connection fee and they only charge me per second of the call - they don’t round up to nearest minute like other companies. 
So I use the Free Tpad Softphone to ring my business contacts in America and I have explained to them that they can ring me for on my own Tpad Number if they ring the Tpad American Number followed by my Tpad number.
This lets me talk longer to my business contacts and I use this extra free time to negotiate a better deal for my business.

We use Tpad to keep in touch with our Grandmother in Lahore; she likes to hear how well we are doing at College and takes full advantage of Tpad Lahore Local Number.  She likes the idea that she can use her normal telephone and doesn’t need to have a PC or Internet Connection, as she has no idea on how to use them.  She has also promoted Tpad in her village and is very happy that other families can also use Tpad to call their family in the UK.

I have a very busy Internet Café in Spain, and I have installed the Free Tpad Softphone on all my PCs.  I have created multiple Tpad Accounts and put Tpad Call Credit on each one.  I then inform my customers that they can ring International Destinations at an Ultra Cheap Rate and they pay me for the privilege.

We don’t have a PC or an Internet Connection but we can still use Tpad as we use their UK Local Number Service.  We ring from our house phone an access number followed by our Grandchildren’s Tpad Number and all it costs us local rate (1 cent per minute) even if our grandchildren are in a different country.  This means we can spend more time catching up with what our grandchildren are up to in life.

We can also ring our friends in Canada on their normal phones as the call rate is really cheap and there is no connection charge.

I have set Tpad on my WIFI Mobile Phone; this is because their rates are among the cheapest in the World.  Combine this with my own free personal incoming telephone number (worth over $50) this is a very useful service for me.  This means I can make and receive Free / Cheap Calls anywhere in the World at anytime of the day.  This already has saved me hundreds of dollars on mobile call credit which in turn makes my business more profitable.
